Clean rooms and good location near the train station

The rooms were clean, and the hotel was quite close to the Casa Voyageur train station (about 10-15 min walk). It's also right by the tramway, so if you decide to use it to get around in the city, its a convenient location. The medina and other sights worth seeing are a bit far if you choose to walk.

The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom super clean.

The complimentary bottled water provided in the room was smaller than the ones on flights. No option to buy additional bottle of water past midnight.

Ok property, expected more from an international chain.

Location

Room was not cleaned properly, carpets were dirty and had obviously not been cleaned properly. Cleaner s were hoovering late in the evening which was annoying when trying to sleep.

Size of the bathroom. Modern facilities. Big bed. Breakfast selection. Lift access. Door man.

Carpeted rooms. And fabrics everywhere. So difficult to maintain cleanliness. Wish all hotels just use easy to clean flooring and if you want to have carpets at select positions that u can clean easily. Also have easy to clean sofa fabrics. Especially if you are not going to maintain. It's a clean place, hotel is very clean but just take my feedback on the fabrics and carpet. Qibla indicator also will be helpful.

Very Good

Very good location, near tramway, close to the train station. Good size of the room and also comfortable bed. Good and modern equipment, but wi-fi shaky at times. Breakfast - could expect a better choice. Really good moroccan tea pot!

It was very hot in the room and the only way how to make it a bit cooler was to open the window, but then the sound-proofness was lost and sometimes noise from the street was not pleasant in that case. Smoking in the bar and lobby premises - it was not indicated that it is a smoking facility.

Wonderful

Nice, clean, standard hotel experience. We had a good room, with working AC. They helped arrange a taxi to the airport for our very early flight home, which was very useful and right on time. Breakfast buffet is a great option for those who want to have a big meal on property, a mix of mostly western and Moroccan. You are able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, and we were happy to have a convenience store right across the road.

Location was perfect! Close to the Casa Voyageur train station so it was easy catching the train to other parts of the country. Breakfast was great too and the room was clean!

Modern property with nice rooms. The security guard was helpful with directions and warning me to be mindful of pick pockets. The breakfast offered was one of the most varied I had during my 2 weeks in Morocco.
